超低硫燃料润滑性与柴油机油泵台架试验相关性研究 被引量:3

Research on the Correlation Between Lubricity of Ultra-Low Sulfur Fuel and Pump Bench Stand of Diesel Engine

摘要 采用高频往复试验机(HFRR)和球柱润滑评定仪(BOCLE)测试了超低硫燃料的润滑性能。采用柴油机高压油泵模拟台架试验,考察了燃料对油泵磨损情况的影响,检测了油泵喷油量及其偶件几何尺寸参数的变化;同时采用纳米三维形貌仪和扫描电镜分析了油泵磨损表面的元素组成。结果表明,评价超低硫燃料润滑性时,HFRR结果和BOCLE结果具有较好的对应性;油泵模拟台架试验结果发现,HFRR测试结果与油泵台架试验结果中的喷油量和油泵微观磨损具有较好的相关性。 The lubricity of hydrotreated fuels was evaluated using the high frequency reciprocating rig(HFRR)apparatus and the balloncylinder lubricity evaluator(BOCLE).On the fuel injection pump simulated stand,the injection amount and the geometrical size of pump’s disassemblies were tested.The worn area of pump was analyzed by means of nanosurface analyzer and the scanning electron microscopy.It was found that HFRR had a good correlation with the BOCLE method.The injection amount which was accordant with the microcosmic wear of pump on longtime pump stand was correlated with HFRR evaluation,but it was weakly correlated with the parameters’changes of plunger pump.
