安徽省优秀运动队预备队发展现状分析

Analysis of the Development Status of Reserve Teams of Anhui Excellent Sports Teams

以安徽省优秀运动队预备队运行发展实际情况为研究视角,主要通过对队伍结构、教练员现状、人才效益等方面进行研究分析。研究结果表明,安徽省优秀运动队预备队的建立有效拓宽了安徽省青少年业余训练人才培养的路径,创新了训练模式,但是在管理政策制度、教练员队伍建设、人才效益评价体系等方面需尽快完善出台配套办法,推动安徽省优秀运动队预备队健康有序的发展。

Taking the actual situation of the development of the reserve team of Anhui excellent sports team as the research angle of view,it mainly analyzed the team structure,the status quo of coaches and the effectiveness of talents in the paper.The results showed that the establishment of Anhui province outstanding sports team reserves effectively broaden the path of Anhui province young amateur training of personnel training,innovative training mode,but in the aspect of the management policy,coaches team construction,talent and benefit evaluation system to improve the introduction of supporting measures as soon as possible,to promote the healthy and orderly development of the Anhui province outstanding sports team the reserve team.
