弹性球型钢支座力学性能有限元分析方法 被引量:3

摘要 大跨空间结构中,支座起着连接上部屋盖结构与下部主体结构的重要作用,研究支座在外部荷载下的实际受力性能对空间结构的设计有重要意义。利用ABAQUS软件,对大跨度空间结构中的典型支座——弹性球型钢支座做有限元分析。将有限元分析计算的支座刚度值与定型产品支座设计刚度值做比较,验证有限元模型合理可靠。深入分析弹性球型钢支座在外部荷载下的应力分布状态,探讨了支座的受力性能,为空间大跨度屋顶结构整体计算分析的支座简化提供参考。 In longspan spatial structures,bearings playan important role as a connection between the upper and lower parts of the main structure.It is of great importance to studymechanical performance of bearingsunder actual external loads.Based on ABAQUS,finite element analysis ofelastic steel ball bearings in a typical largespan spatial structure was conducted.Comparing bearing stiffness obtained from the finite element analysis withthe norminal value,rationality of thefinite element model was verified.The indepth finite element analysis results show the stress state of elastic steel ballbearing,whichprovides a reference of simplified analysis of such bearings in largespan roof structures.
