环境温度对钢筋套筒灌浆连接接头性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 钢筋套筒灌浆连接的施工质量是影响预制装配整体式混凝土结构可靠度的最关键因素。为了研究环境温度以及养护龄期对钢筋套筒灌浆连接施工质量的影响,制作了90个试件进行了单调拉伸试验。研究表明,养护温度越高,灌浆套筒试件的早期极限承载力越高;当灌浆料的强度小于62.5 MPa时,灌浆料的抗压强度与灌浆套筒试件的极限承载力呈线性关系,当灌浆料强度大于62.5 MPa时,灌浆料强度对接头性能影响不大。 The construction quality of grout sleeve splicing of rebarsis the key factor of reliability of assembled monolithic precast concrete structure.To research the effects of ambient temperature and curing period,90specimens were tensioned monotonically.It shows that the higher ambient temperature the higher ultimate bearing capacity show the grouting coupler specimens.Besides,when the compressive strength of the grout is lower than62.5MPa,the compressive strength of the grout and the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens have a linear relation.However,when the compressive strength of the grout is higher than62.5MPa,it has little influence on the performance of grouting coupler.
