摘要
土方车是行驶于基坑施工栈桥上的主要施工车辆。但对于栈桥面板在土方车作用下的等效荷载,我国现行《建筑结构荷载规范》中尚未作出规定。综合考虑了土方车数量、栈桥面板跨度、厚度等因素,分析了栈桥面板分别采用单向板和双向板时土方车轮压的不利布置,使用ABAQUS有限元软件确定了土方车的等效均布荷载值,并提出了相应的设计建议,其结果可供工程设计参考。
Earthwork vehicle is the main construction vehicle that runs on the trestle bridge of foundation pit.The latest Load code for the design of building structures has not yet made provisions for the equivalent load of earthwork vehicle on the trestle bridge panel.Considering the number of earthwork vehicles,the span and the thickness of the trestle bridge panel and other factors,analyzing the unfavorable distribution of wheels of earthwork vehicle when oneway slab or twoway slab were used,the equivalent uniformly distributed load of earthwork vehicle was obtained by means of the element software ABAQUS,and some design recommendations were given.The results may be the references to the designers of the trestle bridge.
