摘要
为提高外挂塔吊基础预埋件施工过程的可操作性,分析预埋件施工安装障碍,提出了一种将预埋件对拉钢板"分解"的优化方案;运用有限元程序ANSYS对优化前后的两种方案进行复核,建立了3组共6个预埋件有限元模型,分析了不同方案三个部位埋件的应力和应变规律,并对比原方案和优化方案的各项指标。结果表明,在两组方案均能满足强度和刚度的前提下,优化方案更适合施工安装,且能节省一定的用钢量。
In order toimprove the construction operability of embedded parts of plugin tower crane foundation,this paper analyzes the construction installation difficulty ofembedded partsand proposes an optimized scheme lying in decomposing the counter steel plate inembedded parts.And the two schemes are checked by general finite element software ANSYS.Three groups of six calculation models of embedded partsare built to analyze the stress and strain regularity of different fractions in embedded parts andcompare the indicators for two different schemes.It is shown from the results that the two schemes of embedded parts can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness,and itis more suitable for construction installationas well as reducing the steel plates’dosage by the optimized scheme.
