摘要
随着保护地蔬菜生产的发展,设施土壤累积的盐对蔬菜生长的不利影响愈加明显。生菜是设施栽培的重要蔬菜之一,为选择耐盐的生菜品种以促进生菜栽培产业的发展,试验采用培养皿法,在不同浓度的NaCl溶液胁迫下,通过对比5个品种紫色生菜种子的发芽率、发芽势、萌发活力指数、盐害指数等指标从而分析了不同品种紫色生菜种子的萌发特性。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的不断提高,不同品种紫色生菜种子对盐胁迫的反应结果有所不同。各个品种紫色生菜种子对低浓度盐胁迫(≤50mmol·L^(-1))有一定的适应性,高浓度盐胁迫(≥150mmol·L^(-1))对紫色生菜种子有明显的抑制作用。紫晶F1和特红皱的耐盐性较强。
With the development of the protected vegetable production,the negative effects of salt accumulated in the soil on vegetable growth are more and more significantly.Lettuce is one of the important vegetable in facility cultivation.Selection of salt-tolerant varieties of lettuce is conducive to the development of lettuce production.The experiment was conducted with Petri dish method.Under different NaCl concentration stress,the seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and salt injury index were observed.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the responses of different varieties of purple lettuce seeds to salt stress were different.All varieties of purple lettuce seeds had a certain adaptability to low salt stress(≤50mmol〖DK1〗·L-1).High concentration salt solution(≥150mmol〖DK1〗·L-1)had obvious inhibitory effect on purple lettuce seed germination.The salt tolerance of Zijing F1and Tehongzhou was stronger
