摘要
针对目前热议的电磁频谱战概念能力开发问题,在分析对比国内外电磁频谱战概念内涵基础上,给出了电磁频谱战定义。研究了电磁频谱战主要活动,给出了电磁频谱战作战样式,为电磁频谱战能力开发提供指导。
To the hot topic on the concepts and capability of the electromagnetic spectrum warfare,the definition of electromagnetic spectrum warfare is given,after analyzing its concepts and connotation defined by some experts at home and abroad.Its related actions are studied,and its patterns of operation are proposed,which provides guideline for the capability development of the electromagnetic spectrum warfare.
