健美操教学中音乐节奏与动作节奏同步认知研究 被引量:4

摘要 健美操项目中音乐节奏与动作节奏的同步直接影响学生的表现力以及学习效果。本研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法拟从协同理论视角出发,通过研究健美操音乐节奏感的影响因素,以及肌肉牵引导致动作节奏的不同表象,对音乐、动作中这一特殊完美结合,即音乐节奏与动作节奏的同步进行阐述,对二者产生同步的影响因素:音乐(听觉)-动作(触觉)进行深入剖析。 The music rhythm and movement rhythm synchronous in the aerobics projects will have a direct effect on the students'expression and learning effect.This study use the document-data method and logic analysis to state the special perfect combination of music and movement,namely the music rhythm on the sync with the pace of the action and to produce the influence factors of synchronization between them:music(hearing)-action researches in(touch).From the point of view of collaborative theory and through the study of the influence factors of aerobics music rhythm,and muscle traction lead to action rhythm of different appearances.
