简述了团队合作精神的基本内涵,论述了培育大学生团队合作精神的背景,结合高校体育的特点和目标,分析了高校体育培养大学生团队合作精神的几个方面:树立加强大学生精神成人的教育理念;搭建培育大学生团队合作的组织平台;注重体育实践教学过程中磨练大学生的团队合作精神;以体育游戏和比赛淬炼大学生的团队合作精神;在成绩评定上,以团队考核的方式强化大学生的团队合作精神。
This paper expounds the basic intension of team cooperation spirit,discusses the background of cultivating college students’team cooperation spirit,combined with the characteristics of college sports and goals,analyzes the university sports team spirit from several aspects:the college students set up to strengthen college students’mental adult education idea;To build a platform for cultivating team cooperation of college students;Pay attention to the sports practice teaching process to improve the team spirit of college students;Teamwork spirit of college students with sports games and competitions;In terms of performance evaluation,the team will strengthen the team spirit of teamwork.
