玉溪市游泳后备人才的培养研究

随着游泳运动的发展和影响力不断扩大,这一体育运动越来越引起重视,而青少年游泳运动员的科学选拔也成为了当今该项体育事业发展的一个重要部分。本文采用文献资料、访谈等研究方法,对玉溪市青少年游泳后备人才的培养进行研究。研究结果显示:目前玉溪市青少年游泳运动没有稳定且实力雄厚的发展资金,青少年运动员参加专业大赛的经验不足,只有加大对青少年后备运动员选拔工作的重视,提供并加大专项资金的支持力度,提高青少年游泳教练员培训后备力量的科学性,同时对游泳后备人才进行跟踪培养,采取多种有效措施,共同促进玉溪市青少年游泳运动事业的发展和后备人才的培养。
