Treatment of Elderly Coronary Heart Disease with Trimetazidine Combined with Atorvastatin

目的观察曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性方法,选取2017年2月~2017年3月以来本院收治的60例老年冠心病患者,依照治疗药物的不同,平均分为研究组和对照组,两组患者在治疗药物前给予冠心病对症支持治疗,给予对照组患者曲美他嗪的单独治疗,观察组在常规对症支持药物和对照组治疗药物的基础上,给予联合阿托伐他汀的联合治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率93.33%(28/30),明显高于对照组治疗总有效率70.00%(21/30),两组数据差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者心肌缺氧缓解例数和疾病可控制指数分别为(23±9)、(89±5)明显高于对照组患者的(21±7)、(78±5),两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者年发作次数和副反应人数均值分别为(3±1)、(2±1)明显低于对照组患者的(5±1)、(5±1),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效确切,具有较高的安全性,且能够明显降低单独治疗药物单独毒副作用,同时也减少了并发症的发生率,有效控制了疾病的进展,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly.Methods A retrospective method was used to select60elderly patients with coronary heart disease from February2017to March2017,and the patients were divided into study group and control group according to the different treatment drugs.The two groups were treated before treatment To give coronary heart disease symptomatic support therapy,given the control group of patients treated with tricetaxel alone,the observation group in the conventional symptomatic support drugs and control group based on the treatment of drugs,combined with atorvastatin combined treatment,compared the two groups of patients Clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate was93.33%(28/30)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%,21/30).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(23±9)and(89±5)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(21±7)and(78±5),respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(3±1)and(2±1)were significantly lower than those in the control group(5±1),and(5±1),respectively(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease in elderly patients is definite and has high safety,and can significantly reduce the side effects of individual drugs alone,and also reduce the incidence of complications and effectively control Disease progression,worthy of clinical application.
