人工髋关节置换术治疗髋臼骨折继发创伤性关节炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of traumatic arthritis after acetabular fracture

目的对人工髋关节置换术治疗髋臼骨折继发创伤性关节炎的治疗效果进行观察并探究。方法选取进行治疗的髋臼骨折继发创伤性关节炎患者10例作为本次的研究对象,其中男5例,年龄42~67岁;女5例,年龄40~69岁。并且右髋同侧小腿骨折患者4例,3例单纯髋臼后壁粉碎骨折患者及3例复合伤患者。在术前对患者进行髋关节Harris评分结果为(48.9±9.6)。结果经过人工髋关节置换术后,通过6个月~3年的随访,所有患者疼痛感和活动受限情况均得到明显的改善,同时无并发症产生病例,生活可以获得基本的自理。并且采用Harris评分对疗效进行评定,评分为(92.4±8.5),获得较高的治疗效率,同术前相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对髋臼骨折继发创伤性关节炎患者采用人工髋关节置换术进行治疗,能够获得良好的治疗效果,明显的改善患者的疼痛程度,并且提升患者的生活质量。因此,值得将此种治疗方式广泛的应用于临床实践治疗中。

Objective Traumatic arthritis of the hip arthroplasty for the treatment of acetabular fracture treatment effects were observed and explored.Methods Selected for treatment of acetabular fractures secondary to traumatic arthritis in10cases as the object of this study,including5cases of male patients.At the age of42-67years of age range;female5patients,aged40-69years old range.And the ipsilateral leg hip fractures in patients with4cases,3cases of acetabular posterior wall fracture patients and3cases of patients with multiple trauma.The hip joint Harr of patients before operation The is score was(48.9±9.6).Results After artificial hip replacement surgery,through6months-3years of follow-up,all the patients pain and activity limitation were significantly improved,and no complications were,life can get basic self-care.And use the Harris score to assess effect of score(92.4±8.5),high treatment efficiency,compared with before operation,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with hip arthroplasty in patients with posttraumatic arthritis secondary to acetabular fractures can obtain good treatment The therapeutic effect,which can obviously improve the degree of pain and improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice.
