基于校企合作理念下高等院校毕业生就业后服务模式研究

校企合作是高等院校特别是独立院校建设应用技术型大学,培养应用技术型高层次人才的重要举措,在高校培养人才需求和企业亟需人才的两头自愿建立校企合作的理念下,高校不仅要注重在校期间的校企合作培养,更应注重毕业生就业后服务模式的完善。本文针对当前校企合作的学生在校期间"场面火爆",毕业生就业后服务相对薄弱的现象,提出毕业生就业后服务模式,希望毕业的校友能成为母校发展和培养人才的桥梁,形成高校、企业、校友、在校生多方携手、良性循环、可持续发展的长效机制。

School-enterprise cooperation is higher education especially the construction of Independent College of Applied Technology University,an important measure to cultivate the applied talents of high level,two talents demand and enterprises need talents in Colleges and universities to establish voluntary cooperation concept,colleges and universities should not only pay attention to cooperation in the period of training,it should improve the employment service model pay attention to the graduates.During the period of"the students for the current school enterprise cooperation hot scene,graduates employment services are relatively weak phenomenon,the employment of graduates of Alumni Service mode,hope can become a bridge for alma mater development and personnel training,the formation of long-term mechanism of colleges and universities,enterprises and students,alumni,multi hand the virtuous cycle and sustainable development.
