烟草卷接机除尘管道烟丝回收系统的研究

烟草生产企业卷包车间的卷接机组生产过程中,部分烟丝散落在机器各个部分,随着负压除尘系统回送到除尘房,如果不利用回收浪费很厉害。本文详细论述了一种分离烟丝烟末,回收烟丝的直接在线利用,这样可以提高烟丝的利用效率,节约成本。

In the production process of cigarette rolling units,part of the tobacco shred is scattered in each part of the machine.As the negative pressure dedusting system is sent back to the dust collecting room,if it is not used,the waste will be wasted seriously.In this paper,a direct on-line utilization of t obacco shred and t obacco shred is discussed in detail,which c an improve the efficiency of tobacco cutting and save the cost.
