高校科研实验室管理探析

科研实验室是高校科学研究的重要场所,是培养学生科研能力、进行科学实验、创造科研成果的重要基地。实验员在实验室课题组长(Principal Investigator,PI)的领导下,开展科研活动,管理科研实验室,为科研实验室工作的顺利开展发挥了重要的作用。该文结合天津医科大学医学神经工程实验室的管理工作经验,从实验室安全管理、设备管理、实验用品管理和实验室文化建设等方面探析科研实验室的管理工作。

Scientific r esearch laboratories in c olleges a nd u niversities a re the m ain platforms for t echnological innovation,which a re the important bases for teaching,scientific research and discipline construction.Under the leadership of the principal investigator(PI),the laborers carry out research activities and manage scientific research laboratories,which play important roles in the development of scientific research laboratories.According to the practice eXperience of the laboratory management in neural engineering lab in Tianjin medical university,this paper discusses the management eXperience from four aspects,including laboratory safety management,equipmentmanagement,laboratory product management and laboratory culture construction.
