摘要
本文首先对山西河曲发电有限公司烟囱防腐改造的原因、方案设计原则、设计思路进行了阐述,在对烟囱防腐技术分析的基础上提出了钛钢复合板、钢内筒+宾高德系统、玻璃钢内筒三种不同的技术改造方案,每种都有自身的优缺点,综合考虑防腐性能的优异性及长期运行的稳定性方面,推荐采取钛钢复合板内筒方案。
This article,first to the Shanxi Hequ Power Company Limited transformation chimney anticorrosion design principles and design ideas were introduced,based on the analysis of chimney anticorrosion technology on the titanium steel composite plate,steel tube+object system,High German glass steel tube three technical transformation of different schemes,each has its own advantages and disadvantages,considering the excellent stability and long-term operation of the anticorrosion properties,recom?mends the use of titanium clad steel plate inner cylinder scheme.
