基于差分吸收光谱法的光纤烟气监测系统

摘要 在紫外烟气光谱的微弱信号处理上采用差分吸收光谱法算法,去除了水蒸气、烟尘和气体间的交叉干扰的影响,实现了同时检测NO、SO_2、NO_2的功能,适应了恶劣环境的烟气测量。
