摘要 [目的]建立了胺唑草酮的高效液相色谱分析方法,采用Waters Symmetry?C_(18)色谱柱,紫外可变波长检测器,检测波长223nm;以乙腈-水(体积比60:40)为流动相,流速0.8m L/min。外标法对主要成分进行定量分析,在0.2~50.0mg/L范围内线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.0~99.2%,样品测定的相对标准偏差0.5%。 A method was established for analyzing Amicarbazone by HPLC using the Waters Symmetry?C18column and a variable wavelength UV detector at223nm,the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and water(60:40,by vol)at a flow rate of0.8ml/min.Quantitative analysis of effective ingredients was carried out using external standard method.The results demonstratedthat the linearity correlation coefficient was0.9999in the range of0.2mg/L to50.0mg/L,the average recovery was99.0~99.2%,the variation coefficient was0.3%.
