This paper described the method and process of the index calculation for the comprehensive energy consumption of methanol in coal-to-methanol enterprise,which used the proportion allocation method to calculate the energy consumption of every product and showed the calculation process with examples when enterprise have more than two products.This paper also illustrated the application of the comprehensive energy consumption for methanol in the economy analysis of enterprise,which helped enterprise to find the scientific method to select the best running mode for saving energy,decreasing consumption,and promoting efficiency,improved enterprise to promote the running efficiency of equipment,decreased the the comprehensive energy consumption of methanol,increased the profits of the production and management for enterprise.
