摘要
介绍了水激冷煤气化技术黑水处理系统典型的工艺流程。分析了黑水处理系统共性问题,如角阀缓冲罐振动、腐蚀、磨损和澄清槽导流槽煤泥大量积累等,并提出可行性改进方法及措施。
This paper introduced the typical process for black water treatment system of the water quenching coal gasfication.The common problems of black water treatment system are analyzed,Such as angle valve,buffer tank vibration,corrosion,wear and clarification groove,diversion tank,a large accumulation of slime,And puts forward feasible improvement methods and measures.
