医学装备采购管理人员从业现状分析与能力提升探讨

Analysis and discussion on the current situation of purchasing personnel of medical apparatus

目的:针对医疗器械采购管理人员从业现状存在的问题,提出改进措施,提升专业能力,保障医疗器械采购管理质量。方法:分析当前医疗器械采购管理人员从业资格现状,结合医院医疗设备采购的实践经验,从行业准入、人员培训、能力提升和继续教育等方面提出改进措施和对策。结果:落实从业资格认证,完善继续教育体系,实行持证上岗,逐步实现采购管理队伍专业化。结论:加强医疗器械采购管理人员综合业务素质与能力的培训,有利于提升采购人员职业道德素养和综合业务素质能力,提高医疗器械采购质量,实现采购队伍专业化。

Objective:To propose improvement measure for the existed problems in the current situation of purchasing personnel of medical devices so as to ensure the purchasing quality of medical devices.Methods:The current situation of occupational qualification of purchasing personnel was analyzed,and their current situation was combined with practice experience of purchasing apparatus to propose improvement measure and countermeasure from some aspects included of industry access,personnel training,ability enhancement and continuing education and so on.Results:The occupational qualification authentication was implemented,and the system of continuous education was improved,and all of staff were employment with certificates.The professional purchasing team was gradually established.Conclusion:The training of comprehensive professional quality and ability was strengthened can contribute to enhance the occupational moral quality and comprehensive professional quality,and enhance purchasing quality of medical apparatus,and establish professionalization of purchasing team.
