摘要
赛车的空气动力学特性对车身风阻、操纵稳定性、加速性及燃油经济性等性能起着关键作用,其研究也愈加重要。运用CFD技术对赛车的外部流场进行模拟,分析其特性,以期对其进行改进。在前处理完成后,将赛车车身流场网格导入Fluent软件,进行数值模拟,得到了压力云图、速度矢量图等。通过对模拟数据的分析,找出了本赛车气动特性的长处和短板,并进行了相应的改进设计,将车头部改为圆滑状,选择最优的离地间隙。最后通过分析修改后的模型,对比发现,气动阻力系数有较大的改进。
The aerodynamic characteristics of the car have a key impact on the body resistance,handling stability,acceleration and fuel economy and other properties,and its research is also increasingly important.In this paper,CFD technology is used to simulate the external flow field of racing car and to analyze its characteristics,so as to improve it.After the pretreatment is completed,the grid of the car body flow field is imported into Fluent software for numerical simulation,and the pressure cloud and velocity vector are obtained.Through analysis of the simulation data,the advantages and disadvantages of the aerodynamic characteristics of the racing car are found out,and the corresponding improvement design is carried out.The head section is rounded and the optimal ground clearance is selected.At last,the aerodynamic drag coefficient is improved by analyzing the modified model.
