摘要
跟岗实习是专业人才培养的核心环节,通过案例分析发现,针对其管理中的普遍问题,应采取有效措施加强和改革其工作管理。一是完善协议,维护企业、学校和学生合法权益;二是精心安排,促使实习和生产融为一体;三是重视激励,增强指导教师和实习学生动力;四是科学组织,使知识培训和技能训练相辅相成;五是多措并举,改革专业人才培养质量管理工作。
The on-the-job internship is the core part of the cultivation of professional personnel.By analyzing the cases,the following effective measures should be conducted to strengthen and reform the management in the on-the-job internship.Firstly,the agreement should be perfect,protecting the legal rights and benefits of enterprises,students and higher vocational colleges;secondly,the on-the-job internship should be thoughtfully arranged,promoting the integration between internship and production;thirdly,emphasis should be on the motivating measures,boosting the motivation from the instructors and students;fourthly,the knowledge acquiring and the skills training should be organized scientifically,complementing with each other;fifth,various measures should be conducted,reforming the quality management of professional personnel training.
