摘要
我国桥式起重机桥架附属结构的设计大都采用单件定制设计,工作量大且效率低、周期长。文中将模块化理念引入到桥式起重机桥架附属结构的设计中,对桥架传动侧走台、栏杆以及斜梯等主要部件进行模块划分,并采用三维实体建模软件进行模块化参数化设计,从而实现桥架附属结构的快速设计、出图,化"定制设计"为"预设计",提高了设计效率.
To overcome the problems of heavy workload,low efficiency and long cycle existing in single piece customization design of auxiliary structures of loading bridge of bridge crane in China,the paper introduces modular concept into the design.That means to divide main components such as platform,railings and inclined ladder at drive side of the loading bridge into modules and go on modular and parametric design with3D solid modeling software to design and plot quickly and change from“customization design”to“pre-design”,thus improving design efficiency.
