斗轮堆取料机仿真训练模拟器的开发与关键技术研究

摘要 随着港口散货装卸量的逐渐增大,港口斗轮堆取料机作业任务量不断加大,对于驾驶司机数量需求愈来愈大,且素质要求越来越高,斗轮堆取料机仿真训练模拟器以其安全、高效的特点应运而生。文中以现代虚拟现实技术为先导,从主体硬件的斗轮堆取料机仿真训练模拟器系统总体设计入手,综合运用现代港口起重机操作技术、起重机运动学与动力学、现代传感与测试技术等多学科知识,应用3DS max建立三维仿真模型,以Unity 3D平台为基础,对斗轮堆取料机仿真训练模拟器及其软件系统进行开发研究,考虑振动因子对斗轮轮齿运动轨迹的影响,提出斗轮动态仿真的研究方法和途径,以实现人机交互操作真实化、视景环境高沉浸化、训练管理功能多面化,以及虚拟现实技术的交互性、沉浸感和创意性。 With the increasing volume of bulk cargo loading and unloading in port and mounting workload on bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer,a safe and efficient simulation training simulator for bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer came into being to meet the demand for more drivers of higher quality.The paper takes modern virtual reality technology as the guide and starts with the overall design of main hardware of simulation training simulator system for bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer.A3D simulation model is established using3DS max based on the knowledge of modern port crane operation technology,crane kinematics and dynamics,and modern sensing and testing technology,and the simulation training simulator and its software system are researched and developed on the Unity3D platform.The paper puts forward research methods and ways of dynamic simulation of bucket wheel with the influence of vibration factor on trajectory of bucket wheel tooth taken into consideration so as to achieve realistic human-computer interactive operation,deep immersive visual environment,multifaceted training management function as well as interactive,immersive and innovative virtual reality technology.
