摘要 设计电动叉车门架需要相互平行,并且焊接在两侧门架立柱上的滚轮轴也要保持同轴,焊接时需进行手动搭焊、重复装夹和校正工序,因而降低了门架制造精度和生产效率,针对电动叉车门架焊接过程中存在的问题,以及电动叉车门架的结构工艺性,设计出电动叉车门架的通用组焊工装,解决了影响电动叉车门架升降性能的问题,并通过优化工艺流程有效提升了生产效率。 Mast of electric forklift shall be designed in parallel,and roller shafts welded to mast on both sides shall maintain coaxial.Welding is accompanied with manual lap welding,re-clamping and calibration,thus undermining the manufacturing precision and production efficiency of the mast.Universal assembly welding tooling for mast of electric forklift is designed based on the problems existing in mast welding and structural machinability of the mast to solve the problems affecting the lifting performance of the mast,and production efficiency is greatly improved through optimizing process flow.
