摘要
阐述了船厂大型起重机网络数字化管理的重要性,分析了安全监控分布和集控系统的技术基础,介绍了该系统的组成和开发过程。通过OPC技术对数据进行采集,工业无线Wi-Fi技术进行数据传输。已有多家船厂有意使用该系统,项目的示范效应也可进一步推动起重机安全监控系统国家标准的修订,有利于促进起重机设计和监测方法的改进和提高,提高该类产品的技术含量,抢占高端起重机的市场份额。
The paper elaborates on the importance of digital networked management of large shipyard crane,analyzes technical basis of safety monitoring distribution and centralized control system,and introduces the composition and development process of the system.Data acquisition and transmission respectively depend on OPC technology and industrial wireless Wi-Fi technology.There are plenty of shipyards interested in using the system.Demonstration effect of the project also can push the revision of national standards on crane safety monitoring system,and help improve crane design and monitoring methods,increase technical content of such products,and size market share in high-end crane.
