怀牛膝茎叶总黄酮微波提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 以怀牛膝茎叶为材料,采用微波辅助提取法,通过单因素正交及试验优化怀牛膝茎叶总黄酮的影响因素及最佳提取工艺.结果表明:怀牛膝茎叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数为70%、料液比为1∶20(g∶mL)、微波时间为2min、微波功率为450 W.在此工艺条件下,怀牛膝茎叶总黄酮的提取率为2.41%. Microwave-assisted extraction was used to extract total flavonoids from stems and leaves ofAchyranthes bidentataBl..The influence factors of impacting extraction yield and the optimal extraction conditions were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:70%ethanol,the1∶20(g∶mL)ratio of solid to liquid,extracting for2min,microwave power was450W.The yield of total flavonoids was up to2.41%under these conditions.
