为更好实现医体结合型运动人体科学专业本科生人才培养目标,需要对人才培养模式进行创新与改革.拟将研究生培养模式中的导师负责制引入到运动人体科学专业本科生人才培养机制中来,探讨本科生导师制培养的意义和内涵,分析运动人体科学专业本科生实施导师制的可行性,提出运动人体科学专业本科生导师制的具体实施方案,指出建立有效的联动机制,营建共享、尊重、信任的文化氛围是导师制有效实施的关键,旨在提高运动人体科学专业人才培养质量,促进专业健康发展.丰富本科生人才培养模式,可为体育高校其他专业教育教学改革提供借鉴.
