摘要
以阴离子型乳化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和非离子型乳化剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-10)为乳化剂,以过硫酸铵(APS)作为引发剂,以丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFHMA)为单体,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了BA-MMA-DFHMA三元共聚物含氟丙烯酸酯乳液.考察了复合乳化剂的用量及配比、搅拌速率和聚合温度对预乳化液稳定性和含氟丙烯酸乳液稳定性的影响,确定最佳实验条件为:预乳化阶段搅拌速率为800r/min,复合乳化剂的量占总质量的3.5%~4.5%(SDBS和OP-10的质量比小于1/2);乳液聚合阶段搅拌速率为200r/min,复合乳化剂的量占总质量的4%,m(SDBS)∶m(OP-10)=1∶2,聚合温度为75℃.
N-butyl acrylate(BA)-methyl methacrylate(MMA)-dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(DFHMA)terpolymer fluorinated acrylate emulsion were prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization,with anionic emulsifier sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)and non-ionic emulsifier poly(octylphenol ethoxylates10)(OP-10)as compound emulsifier,ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator,BA,MMA and DFHMA as monomers.The influences of amount and ratio of emulsifiers,stirring rate and polymerization temperature to pre emulsion polymerization stability and emulsion stability were inspected.The best experimental conditions were:stirring strength in pre-emulsification stage was800r/min,composite emulsifier accounted for3.5%~4.5%of the total mass(SDBS and OP-10mass ratio was less than1/2);in emulsion polymerization stage the stirring rate was200r/min,the composite emulsifier amount to total quality was4%,m(SDBS)∶m(OP-10)=1∶2,polymerization temperature was75℃.
