摘要
利用水相合成法合成CdS,以此为荧光探针测定食品中蛋白质的含量.探讨了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)对CdS荧光探针的增敏作用,并阐述了其作用原理.结果显示:在B-R(pH=7.50)的缓冲溶液中,线性方程为F=35.548 62+2 638.850 91 C(g/mL),相关系数r=0.997 93,检出限是1.40×10^(-3)mg/mL.该方法被应用于食品中蛋白质含量的检测,结果满意.
Admium sulfide(CdS)was successfully prepared by wet chemical route,then it was used as fluorescent probes to detect bovine serum albumin.Methods:the sensitization effect of bovine serum albumin(BSA)on CdS fluorescent probe was studied and its mechanism was discussed.Results showed that in the B-R buffer solution(pH=7.50),linear equation was F=35.54862+2638.85091C(g/mL),relation coefficient(r)was0.99793and the limit detection was1.40×10-3mg/mL.The method was applied to test and analysis of protein content in food,the result was satisfactory.
