Research on the Training Mechanism of the Institute of Economics and Technology in the “Huge Construction Program” System

本文结合地市经研所员工的问卷调查和现有的培训机制,发现了地市经研所培训机制中存在的问题,对现有的培训机制提出多方面的优化建议,希望研究能为经研所人员培训、人才队伍培养等方面提供参考价值。

According to the questionnaire of the staffs in the institute of economics and technology and the existing training mechanism,the existing problems in the mechanism are discovered,the suggestions on the optimization of the mechanism are proposed.We hope this research can provide reference value for the training of qualified personnel.
