摘要
本文从欧美发达国家在短波领域的规划和专业报告调研入手,阐述了我国短波监测工作存在的不足,并提出了解决方法和未来的发展方向。
By referring to the shortwave strategic plans and the professional Euramerican reports,several shortwave monitoring problems in China has been presented and analyzed.Furthermore,the corresponding solutions and future development direction has also been discussed.
