双源CT双能量非线性融合技术提高肠道图像质量的研究 被引量:3

Study of Clinical Value of Dual Energy CT Imaging Nonlinear Fusion Technology in Improvmeng of the Intestinal Image Quality

摘要 目的探讨双源CT双能量成像非线性融合技术提高肠道图像质量的价值。方法回顾性分析进行肠道双源CT双能量成像的30例患者,采用Dual-Energy软件Optimum contrast功能,获得最佳Blending Center和Blending Width的图像,包括轴位,MPR、MIP及VR图像。将所有图像导入Viewing分析软件进行客观图像质量的测量。所有图像均选择肠道管壁增厚的部位进行测量主动脉强化CT值,增厚的肠道壁的CT值,脊柱旁的CT值以及背景的噪声,并计算信噪比和对比噪声比。所有图像主观评分均由2名具有多年影像诊断经验的主治医师采用双盲法评分。结果静脉期两组图像主动脉和肠道壁强化值没有统计学差异性。而两组图像背景噪声,信噪比和对比噪声比的比较有统计学差异,t值分别为3.8、4.6和4.2,P值均小于0.05,其中非线性融合图像质量明显优于常规100 k V图像。结论双源CT双能量非线性融合技术能够提高肠道成像的图像质量,提高图像的可诊断率和优良率,具有潜在的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of dual energy CT imaging nonlinear fusion technology in improvement of the value of intestinal image quality.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on30patients who underwent the intestinal dual energy CT imaging.The optimal Blending Center and Blending Width(including axial,MPR,MIP and VR)images were obtained by Optimum contrast function in Dual-Energy software.Then we imported all the viewing images into Viewing software for measurement of objective image quality.The intestinal wall thickening sites of all images were selected to measure CT values and the background noise of aorta,intestinal wall thickening,and spinal column.The signal-to-noise ratio and contrast to noise ratio were also calculated.All of the image quality was scored by2diagnostic imaging physicians with rich experience through double blind method.Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups of images of aortic and intestinal wall enhancement in the venous phase.The two groups of image background noise,signal-to-noise ratio and contrast to noise ratio is statistically significant,t values were3.8,4.6,4.2,respectively,all P values were less than0.05,in which the nonlinear fusion image quality is superior to conventional100kV image.Conclusion Dual energy CT nonlinear fusion technology can improve the image quality of intestinal imaging,improve the image diagnosis rate and excellent rate,with potential clinical application value.
