摘要
目的探讨采用复印管理系统的应用效果。方法对2016年采用复印管理系统及2015年未采用前复印接待时间、复印工作量及患者的满意度等指标进行分析。结果采用复印管理系统后,复印接待时间由平均(5.2±1.8)min减少至(3.7±1.4)min,复印出错率由2.01%降至0.64%,患者满意的人数也由采用前的132人增加到178人,均较采用前差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取复印管理系统不仅提高病案管理人员的工作效率,缩短经办人员的等待时间,切实优化了医院复印工作,而且也推进了病案管理向信息化管理模式又前迈进了一大步。
Objective To explore the application effect of the copy management system.Methods This article compared the copy reception time and the copy workload of medical record,and patient satisfaction before(2015)and after(2016)the adoption of copy management system.Results After the copy management system was used,the reception time decreased from an average of(5.2±1.8)min to(3.7±1.4)min,copy error rate decreased from2.01%to0.64%,the number of patients who were satisfied also increased from132to178,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)when compared with before.Conclusion The copy management system not only can improve the efficiency of medical records management staff,shorten the waiting time for managers,and effectively optimize the hospital copy work,but also promote the medical record management to information management model a big step forward.
