Problems and Countermeasures of Medical Equipment Purchasing in Military Hospital

目的为了规范军队医院医疗设备采购工作,健全运行机制,正规采购秩序,降低采购风险,提高采购质量与效益。方法分别从需求计划、方案文件、采购评审、全程监督等4个方面对军队医院医疗设备采购中存在的问题进行了深入分析。结果结合实际经验提出了有针对性的解决对策。结论这些方法对促进医院医疗设备采购规范化起到了积极的作用,确保了军队医疗设备采购工作的健康有序发展。

Objective To standardize the procurement of medical equipment in military hospitals,improve the operating mechanism,regular procurement order,improve the quality of procurement,reduce procurement risks and improve procurement quality and effectiveness.Methods The problems of medical equipment procurement in military hospital were analyzed from four aspects,such as demand plan,project document,purchase review and whole process supervision.Results Combined with practical experience,some countermeasures were put forward.Conclusion These methods play an active role in promoting the standardization of hospital medical equipment procurement,and ensure a healthy and ordered development of military medical equipment procurement.
