摘要 企业不仅是社会工作的服务对象,而且是企业内部社会工作最重要的参与者、行动主体和推动者。企业社会工作将专业的理念和方法嵌入到企业文化、企业管理与企业福利制度之中,在企业的效率逻辑与员工需求的社会网络逻辑之间建构平衡与协调。企业社会工作内部嵌入机制分为三个层次,即实现企业组织目标与满足员工需求之间的平衡机制、企业推动内部社会工作的内在动力机制和社会工作嵌入企业管理的制度化机制。三个层次逐步递进,共同构成了企业社会工作内部嵌入机制的制度化体系,促进企业人性化管理与可持续发展。 On the basis of literature analysis,this paper considers that enterprises are not only the target of social work,but also the most important participant,acting subject and promoter.Corporate social work embeds professional ideas and methods into enterprise culture,management and welfare system,balancing and coordinating between the efficiency logic of enterprise and the social network logic of employees'needs.The internal embedment mechanism of corporate social work is divided into three levels,namely a balancing mechanism between achieving organizational goals and meeting employee needs;the internal motivation mechanism for enterprises to promote social work and the institutionalized mechanism for social work embedment in enterprise management.The three levels go further step by step and form the institutionalization system of the embedment mechanism of corporate social work,promoting humane management and sustainable development of enterprise.
