油相组成对结蜡层分层及老化规律的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用Couette结蜡装置,对蜡碳数分布、蜡含量及沥青质含量不同的含沥青质合成蜡油和纯蜡油开展结蜡实验,探究了油样组成对结蜡层分层及老化规律的影响。研究发现:随着油样蜡分子碳数的增长,结蜡表层沉积量和蜡含量均降低,老化程度减小;结蜡底层的沉积量升高,蜡含量降低,老化程度减小。随着油样蜡含量的升高,结蜡表层和底层的沉积量和蜡含量均升高,老化程度均增大。随油样沥青质含量的升高,结蜡表层沉积量降低,蜡含量升高,变化幅度较小,老化程度略有增大;结蜡底层沉积量降低,蜡含量升高,变化幅度较大,老化程度明显增大。纯蜡油结蜡层沉积量远高于含沥青质蜡油整体结蜡层,蜡含量及老化程度略低于结蜡表层,远低于结蜡底层。 The wax precipitation experiments of the synthetic asphaltene-containing wax oil with different carbon number distribution,wax content and asphaltene content and pure waxy oil were carried out using Couette device,the influence of crude oil composition on stratification and aging laws of wax deposit layerwas studied.It is found that with the increase of the carbon number of the wax molecule in oil samples,the wax deposition amount,wax content and aging degree of the surface layer of wax deposit decrease,while the wax deposition amount of the bottom layer of wax deposit increases,the wax content and aging degree of it decreased.With the increase of the wax content of oil samples,the wax deposition amount,wax content and aging degree of the surface layer and bottom layer increase.With the increase of the asphaltene content of oil samples,the wax deposition amount of the surface layer decreases,the wax content increases but has a large variation range,and the aging degree slightly increases,while the wax deposition amount of the bottom layer decreases,the wax content increases but has a large variation range,and the aging degree obviously increases.The whole wax deposition amount of pure wax oil is much higher than that of the asphaltene-containing wax oil,its whole wax content and aging degree are slightly lower than that of the surface layer,and is much lower than that of the bottom layer.
