住院医师规范化培训与专业学位教育双向接轨的研究 被引量:4

摘要 加强医教协同,推进临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训衔接,是深化医学教育改革和医药卫生体制改革的重要举措。取得住院医师规范化培训合格证书并达到学位授予的临床医师,以研究生毕业同等学历申请并授予临床医学硕士专业学位。研究充分运用医教协同平台,以附属口腔医院国家级住院医师规范化培训基地为依托,将专业学位硕士培养与住院医师规范化培训同质化,实现专业硕士与住院医师住培在课程设置、临床轮转、科研训练等3方面同课堂、同步骤、同要求;以临床案例教学为中心,建立临床案例库、案例分析教学课程、案例为中心的医学人文课程、案例教学与教学刊物、交互式案例分析考核、经治案例报告与考核规范以及以临床案例研究为中心的学位论文;以临床胜任为导向,建立口腔临床水平考试的科学化规范。通过临床经历考核、经治病例例报告考核和客观结构化临床技能考核等3方面的过程考核与结果考核相结合,建立了严格、规范、多层次的专业学位研究生培养目标。 It is an important measure to deepen the reform of medical education and the reform of medical and health system by strengthening the coordination of medical education and promoting the training of master of clinical medicine and the standardized training of residents.The clinical doctors with qualification certificate of resident training can apply for the master's degree in the equivalent education level of a graduate.To fully usethe university-hospital collaboration platform,relying on the state-level resident training base of the affiliated stomatological hospital,the professional master's degree and resident doctor training are homogenized,which share the same classes,steps and requirements in three areas,namely,curriculum setting,clinical rotation and scientific research training,centered with clinical case based learning,it has established a clinical case library,case analysis based learning,case centered medical humanity,case-based learning and research journal,interactive test for analysis on selected case,treatment case report/test and thesis,which are all based on clinical case research,oriented around clinical competence,it has established scientific regulations for Oral Clinical Proficiency Test(OCPT).By assessing the process and results inclinical experience,treatment case report and objective structural clinical exam for clinical competence,strict,standardized,and multi-level training objectives of professional graduates are established.
