2013～2015年南京地区中医住院医师临床技能辅助诊断考核分析

Analysis of auxiliary diagnostic tests of clinical skill examination in Traditional Chinese Medicine residency program from 2013 to 2015in Nanjing area

目的回顾性统计2013~2015年南京地区中医类别住院医师规范化培训临床技能考核辅助诊断部分考核情况,分析培训情况,探索提高辅助诊断培训质量的方法。方法分类汇总并统计2013~2015年南京地区中医类别住院医师规范化培训临床技能考核成绩,采用One-way ANOVA检验各组间差异。结果根据统计学分析结果显示,南京地区中医类别住院医师规范化培训学员辅助诊断总体掌握情况较好。各培训基地各项考核成绩总体呈现上升趋势(P<0.05),但各级基地间,各科考核内容间仍存在差异。结论加大培训管理力度,切实执行培训计划,以保证住院医师规范化培训工作取得实效。

OBJECTIVE To analyze auxiliary diagnosis tests of clinical skills examination in traditional Chinese medicine residency programs from2013to2015in Nanjing municipality.METHODS Auxiliary diagnosis tests of clinical skills examination in traditional Chinese medicine residency programs include the analysis of electrocadiography,imaging studies and laboratory testing.The clinical skill examination scores in all three areas from the residency programs in Nanjing area from2013-2015were summarized.The difference between the groups were calculated by One-way ANOVA.RESULTS According to statistical analysis,the standardized diagnosis and training of residents of traditional Chinese medicine are better in Nanjing area.The performance of all training base and content of assessment present over all rise(P<0.05).But the differences still exist between different training base and assessment.CONCLUSION Strengthen training management,and effectively implement training programs to ensure standardized residency training to achieve tangible results.
