农村订单定向免费医学生职业信念教育调查分析

A Study of current education and professional belief systems among tuition exempt medical students who are serving rural areas after the graduation

探索农村订单定向免费医学生对加强其职业信念教育必要性的看法,分析其现状及影响因素,为完善职业信念教育提供依据。运用分层整群抽样方法,分别从云南省2010级、2011级、2012级农村订单定向免费医学生中随机抽取399名作为调查对象,采用课题组自行设计的问卷进行现场调查。调查结果显示:31.8%的农村订单定向免费医学生认为加强其职业信念教育非常必要,54.4%的认为有必要,8.3%认为没必要,5.5%认为无所谓;不同年级农村订单定向免费医学生对加强职业信念教育的评价差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大多数农村订单定向免费医学生认为有必要加强其职业信念教育,学校及各相关部门应重视并加强其职业信念教育规划,完善免费医学生的培养制度。

A survey was conducted among a group of tuition exempt medical students who committed to serve rural areas after graduation to understand if those students believe that enhancing teaching of professional beliefs in their medical career is necessary.A stratified cluster sampling method was used to study randomly chosen399qualified medical students in classes of2010,2011and2012from Yunan providence.The questionnaire designed by the research group was used to conduct an on-site investigation.The survey showed that31.8%of students believe enhancing teaching of professional beliefs in their medical career is“absolutely necessary”;54.4%chose“necessary”,8.3%chose“no need”,while5.5%of students are neutral to the question.There are statistically significant differences between students in different classes(P<0.05).Based on this survey results,medical schools should enhance the teaching of professional beliefs and improve the training system for those tuition exempt medical students who are serving rural areas after graduation.
