黑龙江省要落实党中央对供给侧结构性改革的重大部署,需向黑龙江有供给优势的产业领域发力。黑龙江省的整体生态化优势在全国、全省的经济发展中都显示出了其独特价值,因此发展黑龙江生态养老产业是进一步贯彻习近平总书记关于"生态就是资源、生态就是生产力;绿水青山也是金山银山"的理念和黑龙江省第十二次党代会精神的重要举措。世界公认的森林、冰雪、海洋三大旅游资源,黑龙江省国有林区就具有两项,而且黑龙江省国有林区夏季凉爽多雨,适宜避暑。因此,在深入发掘生态资源的基础上,黑龙江省国有林区应大力发展生态养老产业,以推动黑龙江省养老事业多元化、多样化发展,使之成为林业转型接续产业的新路子。

To carry out the supply-side structural reform,Heilongjiang Province has to take the effort on the supply advantage industries.The whole ecological advantage brings out its unique value nationwide and province-wide.So the development of the Eco-pension industry is to carry out the idea of XI Jin-ping Chairman,“The ecology is the resource and productivity,both the clean water and green mountains are wealth”,it is also the important measure of the12th congress of party representatives of Heilongjiang Province.Heilongjiang Province owns two of three international official tourism resources.In the State-forest Area of Heilongjiang Province,it is cool and wet in summer so that it is the best summer resort.Therefore,on the basis of the deep development of the ecology resources,Heilongjiang Province expands the eco-pension industry to promote the pension diversification in the State-owned forest Area of Heilongjiang Province.It's also a new way of transformation of the forestry.
