文化维度模型和社会财富分配视角下的腐败问题成因探究

The Exploration of the Causes of Corruption from the Perspective of Cultural Dimensions Model and Social Wealth Distribution

腐败是一种普遍存在的社会现象。研究结果显示,社会文化价值观的四个维度对腐败行为都有不同程度的影响:权力距离越高、集体主义倾向越明显、男性化倾向越明显、不确定规避程度越高,则社会腐败程度越高。引入基尼系数说明经济发展是解决腐败问题的良药,其效力在一定程度上可以覆盖文化的作用。结合我国的经济与社会文化价值观发展的实际情况,提出一些反腐工作的建议。

Corruption is a widespread social phenomenon.The results show that the four dimensions of social-cultural values have different impacts on corruption:the higher the power distance is,the more obvious the collectivism tendency is,the more masculine the tendency is,the more apparent the uncertainty avoidance tendency is,the higher the degree of social corruption is.The introduction of Gini Coefficient indicates the level of economic development,whose effectiveness can cover the role of culture to some extent,is the cure for corruption.Finally,combining with the social-economic values of our country,the author puts forward some suggestions on anti-corruption.
