产教融合视域下高职学生党员教育管理策略研究

Study on Improvement Strategy of Education Management of the Student Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education

分析产教融合背景下高职院校学生党员教育管理存在的主要问题,探讨顶岗实习阶段影响高职学生党员教育成效的相关因素,在此基础上提出加强和改进顶岗实习期间高职学生党员教育管理的对策,具体包括:构建坚强的组织保障机制;重点强化学生党员教育管理"四个制度";基于实习区域,建立学生党员工作站或成立学生党员临时党支部;构建学校党组织与实习单位互动的双培养双考核评价学生党员机制。

Mainly analyze the main problems of education management of the student party members in higher vocational colleges under the background of integration of industry and education.Meantime,related factors affecting the effectiveness of student party members'education in the stage of internship were also investigated.On this basis,the countermeasures were put forward to strengthen and improve the education management of student party members in higher vocational colleges during internship stage.The main contents are as follows:build a strong organizational guarantee mechanism;focus on strengthening education management of student party members“four systems”;based on practice area,establish the workstation or temporary party branch of student party members;construct interactive evaluation mechanism of double cultivation and double assessment between school party organization and practice units.
