摘要
采用大学生职业价值取向问卷和核心自我评价量表对272名师范院校大学生进行调查,探讨师范院校大学生职业价值取向与核心自我评价的关系。研究结果发现,师范院校大学生存在合理的职业价值取向,核心自我评价为中等水平,核心自我评价与职业价值取向的两个维度及总分存在显著正相关,核心自我评价可解释职业价值取向的15%。
In order to explore the relationship between professional value orientation and core self-evaluations of students in normal college,272college students were investigated with university students'professional value orientation questionnaire and core self-evaluations scale.The results showed that most of the students have a reasonable professional value orientation,core self-evaluations is at a moderate level.Professional value orientation and core self-evaluations were significantly correlated,and core self-evaluations can explain15%of the professional value orientation.
