摘要
目的:探讨拓展训练对大学生心理韧性的影响作用。方法:选取山西财贸职业技术学院80名在校学生为研究对象,运用《青少年心理韧性量表》进行干预前与干预后、试验组与对照组评分测量,干预措施为每周三次,共三十次的拓展训练活动。结果:经过干预后,试验组学生在心理韧性量表总分和情绪控制、积极认知、人际协助三个因子评分方面变化显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施拓展训练可以有效提升大学生的心理韧性,增强抗压与抗挫折能力。
To explore the influence of Outward Bound Training on psychological resilience among college students.Method:a total of80university students in Shanxi Vocational College of Finance&Trade were chosen as the research object,using the“Adolescent Resilience Scale”carried out before and after intervention,the experimental group and the control group were measured,the intervention measures for each week,thirty training activities totally.Results:after the intervention,the students in the experimental group had significant changes in the total score of the scale of resilience,emotional control,positive cognition and interpersonal assistance,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05)in the three groups.Conclusion:Outward Bound training can effectively improve the psychological resilience and enhance the ability to resist compression and frustration of college students.
