孔子孝道观的多维度性——以马斯洛“需求层次理论”观照

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory under the Perspective of Multi Dimensionality of Confucius's Filial Piety

"孝"的本意为善事父母,亦即满足父母的需求。"孝"作为中华民族的传统美德,源远流长。孔子构建了蕴涵丰富的孝道思想体系。美国心理学家马斯洛曾提出人的"需求层次理论",认为人的快乐和满足来自五个阶次的基本需求的满足。以马斯洛关于人的"需求层次理论"观照孔子的孝道思想,以验证其孝道思想的多维度性。

“Filial piety”means to serve their parents,to meet the needs of parents.As a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,“filial piety”has a long history.Confucius constructed the rich filial piety thought system.Maslow,an American psychologist,put forward the theory of“hierarchy of needs”,which holds that people's happiness and satisfaction come from the basic needs of five orders.Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs is used to examine the concept of filial piety in order to verify the multidimensional nature of his thought of filial piety.
