摘要
分析了中德应用技术型人才培养现状,融合中德先进教育思想和办学理念,构建了中德合作办学模块化人才培养方案。依托中德教育合作示范基地建设,培养具有创新能力应用技术型专业人才,探索国际化应用型人才培养新模式。
This paper analyzed the current situation of application-oriented technical talents in China and Germany.The modularized talents training scheme based on Sino-German cooperation in running schools is constructed through combining advanced educational thoughts with school-running ideas of the East and the West.Based on Sino-German Cooperation Education&Demonstration Base,The scheme implemented cultivates innovative application-oriented talents with the aim to explore a new mode of cultivating internationalized application-oriented talents.
