摘要
分析了铁道机车专业面向的主要岗位以及支撑主要岗位的必要职业能力,进而反推出形成这些能力所需开设的课程。基于机车乘务员岗位一次标准化作业构建了铁道机车专业的理论及实践课程体系,并提出了相应专业课程的开发思路,为高职院校铁道机车专业建设提供参考。
The paper analyzes the main positions of railway locomotive specialty and the necessary professional ability to support the post,and then deduces thecorresponding courses to cultivate these capabilities.The theory and practice curriculum system for railway locomotive specialty is constructed based on the standardized operation of railway locomotive driver position,and the development of corresponding professional courses is put forward,which can provide reference for the construction of railway locomotive specialty in higher vocational colleges.
